Here at Victory Art and Tattoo, Our mission is to create a clean, professional, comfortable creative space. We strive to make unique and original art and tattoos that are tailored to the needs of our valued clientele. Each of our artists has a vision, with styles all their own. As the first LGBTQ+ tattoo shop in North Jersey, Victory Art and Tattoo is inclusive, and welcoming to everyone.
Our Vision is shared as a common goal: we all are artists first, striving to make a positive impact for the future of art, as well as the future of tattooing.

We welcome everyone who comes through our doors, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs. This does not transfer over to those who are not welcoming. We DO NOT welcome those who spread hate, or openly associate with groups that do so. We have all rights to deny service and will do so if we deem necessary. We will not tattoo any hate symbolism.

Policy on Politics in the Workplace
Victory Art and Tattoo & Victory Tattoo NYC maintains a neutral stance on political discussions and asks that staff and clients avoid political discourse in the shop. This policy ensures that our space remains a haven of creativity and connection, free from divisive topics. We stand firmly for equality and respect for all, believing that art and self-expression are for everyone.
Anti-Discrimination and Zero Tolerance for Harassment
We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or any other characteristic. Any behavior that contradicts these values will be addressed promptly to maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
If a rescheduled time for your appointment is needed, please allow one week or more before your appointment time as a courtesy to your artist.
If you must reschedule your appointment under one week from the appointment, you will forfeit your first deposit, and will be asked to leave a second deposit.
You will not be rescheduled before a second deposit is left.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals with notice.
Late appointments without notice will be terminated and the deposit forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS
If you are running late, please call the shop at (973) 837-8778 so accommodations can be made.
Any and all late appointments are subject to rescheduling without notice due to scheduling discrepancies, and for allotment for timing for multiple appointments.
Substance Policy
We do not allow the use of any substances within the confines of our establishment by clients or by the artists, which includes: smoking, vaping, alcohol, etc.
Denial of this rule as a client will forfeit your deposit, and prevent you from booking in the future;
by law, and by our policy, we reserve the right to deny service to anyone we suspect is not sober
