Bio: Hi, I’m Vic. I’ve been an artist all my life, graduated WPU BFA 2013, and opened Victory Art and Tattoo in 2017, the first LGBTQ+ tattoo shop in North Jersey. In 2022, I founded Victory Tattoo NYC, and in 2024, I launched Victory Tattoo Supply. In 2018, I became the first Ambassador of the Razzouk Family in Jerusalem, tattooing religious pilgrims in the Christian Quarter. Tattooing means everything to me, and I’m proud to share that with you (even if it hurts a little). :3
